The  foundry process... Basically unchanged for 1000
years.
First, we fabricate a computer generated template
from your design and form the sand-based mold.  
Then we pour the molten metal to forge your unique
custom plaque.
After the casting has cooled, each plate is fine
air-chiseled by hand to remove burs and casting
marks and holes stud threads are driller.  Next, the
hard-baked background color is applied.  The
plaque's raised letters and borders are machine
hand- ground to perfection.   Raised surfaces, now in
natural bronze or aluminum, are buffed and polished
and then the entire plaque undergoes our six step  
lacquer and seal process.

Our coordinate markers make wonderful gifts and
are guaranteed to add a touch of distinction to any
special place.
