Our  foundry process..
We fabricate a computer generated
template from your design and form the
sand-based mold from your custom
design.  Then we pour the molten metal
to forge your unique Coordinates
Marker.
After the casting has cooled, each plate is
fine air-chiseled by hand to remove burs
and casting marks and then background
color is applied.  The plaque's raised
letters and borders are machine ground
to perfection.   Raised surfaces, now in
natural bronze or aluminum, are buffed
and polished and then the entire plaque is
undergoes our six step varnished and
seal process.   All Latitude and Longitude
plaques includes four matching screws
and anchors for mounting on any surface.
  
Our coordinate markers make wonderful
gifts and are guaranteed to add a touch
of distinction to any special place.
